Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to assist where possible.
Refunds are processed strictly under qualifying circumstances and will be issued within 15–18 working days from the date we receive and approve your return.
Please note that we do not offer immediate refunds and all refund requests are subject to approval upon product inspection.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Exchanges are allowed only if the new item is of equal value to the original purchase. We do not offer partial exchanges or credit balances.

Delivery & Courier Disclaimer
We make use of trusted third-party couriers to deliver your items; however, we are not liable for courier delays, mishandling, or any damage caused in transit.
Once your parcel leaves our premises, the responsibility shifts to the courier provider. Should your item arrive late, damaged, or in poor condition due to courier error, we advise you to lodge a claim directly with the courier company.

Condition Upon Return
All returned products are thoroughly inspected before a refund or exchange is processed. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not qualify for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
